Nepal is one of the richest countries in the World, in terms of bio-diversity due to it's unique geographical position and altitudinal variation. The elevation of the country ranges from 61 meters above sea level to the highest point on earth, Mt. Everest, 8848 meters above sea level. This can be found all within a distance of 150km, resulting into climatic condition from sub-tropical to arctic.

Geography: Situated between China in the North and India in the South, East and West.
People: Nepal has more then 61 ethnic groups, and 70 spoken languages.

Climate: Nepal has the four major seasons namely
Winter: December to February
Spring: March to May
Summer: June to August

Trekking Seasons

Spring and Autumn (February - May / September - November)
The best time of the year for trekking through Nepal. Worm days and clear sky make it ideal for all trekkers and also for rafting and kayaking.

Winter: (December - January)
This seasons is also quite good but at high altitudes the air can be cloudy and there can be snow.
However, low altitude trekking and jungle (Island) safari can be done. This is a better time if You want to avoid crowds.

Monsoon: (June - August)
Clouds and humid heat at lower altitudes characterize those three rainy months. Therefore they are not suitable for trekking in most parts of Nepal.
But it is still possible to trek to some special part of Nepal. Especially this is the best time to visit Tibet as it is a worm region in the rain shadow of the Himalaya.
Mustang, a part of Nepal, is out of reach for the rain because of the massive Himalayan barrier and thus it isn't effected by the monsoon rains.

Acute Altitude Sickness

Altitude sickness is often known as Acute mountain sickness. If it is not recognized and treated when symptoms first appear, it can possibly lead to death in the end. It is an effect of altitude on those who ascend to rapidly to elevations above 3000 Meter.
Early maintain sickness will manifest itself in headache, loss of appetite and sleeplessness. Never ignore this symptoms and descend immediately to lower altitude.
I have a lot of knowledge and experience in this problem and it's general treatments. I can informate You about any detail and controll the timing of the ascending all over the tour to avoid problems.

Variants in the Form of Trekking

I can manage mainly the following kinds of treks

Tea house treks
